Questions people ask

How do I delete my account?
From inside the app: Account, then Delete account, then confirm. Without the app, the Delete your account page has the written route.
How do blocking and reporting work?
Both sit behind the same control on a person's page. Blocking is quiet and ends any match. Reporting asks for a reason. The Community & Safety Guidelines set out what follows.
What happens to a recording?
Recordings are stored privately and are used to run the app. The Privacy Policy sets out what is kept, why, and for how long.
How does matching work?
Who you hear is filtered by who you said you hope to meet, and by age. The how it works page walks through the whole loop.
I cannot sign in.
Sign-in sends a one-time code by text to the number on the account. If the code does not arrive, write in with that number and what you saw.
