A voice-based dating app
Delete your account.
There are two routes. Both delete the same things.
If you have the app
Open the Account tab, choose Delete account, and confirm. The account is deleted permanently.
If you do not have the app
Write to contact@hotpot.dating from any address, with the phone number the account uses and the words "delete my account".
The phone number is what identifies the account. Without it the account cannot be found.
What is deleted
The account, the recordings, the transcripts, the profile photo, and the messages.
A small number of records are kept for a set period, and the Privacy Policy says exactly which, why, and for how long.
Withdrawing voice consent has the same effect
The app cannot run without the voice consent, so withdrawing it closes the account and deletes the voice data. It runs the same deletion.
